School break on the sunshine coast

Another trip to Marcoola on the sunshine coast for our school holiday. Even managed to get into the sea.

10 years on.

We celebrated Edward's 10th birthday by another visit to Girraween national park where upon we embarked on his 1st big climb onto Mt Pyramid -Aboriginal name "Terrawambilla", overlooking the Southern Downs. We actually couldn't believe how far we walked, thoroughly enjoyable.

All is well with work school and play.We have had a month of horrendous heat and finally back to days of around 25c and cooler nights...

Asked Edward to pose on this one with natural window light...All those potential photographers with their tablets and phones look what a good DSLR and lens can do with low light !!!
